Despite the fact that Makers help a lot in placing us in jobs they also offer training and opportunities for us to go out there and find our own jobs if there's nothing on offer that tickles our fancy.

We've also had some really good talks on how best to be a junior dev, nothing groundbreaking to report just sensible advice that we should hopefully have picked up along the way anyway.
